Operations Supervisor

A well-established global consumer-products organization is seeking multiple Operations Supervisors for its distribution center in the Midway, Georgia area. This is a confidential search for hands‑on leaders who can drive productivity, maintain high attendance and performance standards, and create a positive, safety-focused work environment. Available Shifts First shift: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Second shift: 3:00 p.m.–12:00 midnight Candidates must be available to work onsite in the Midway, Georgia area. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support approximately 10–15 distribution‑center employees. Direct daily warehouse workflow to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service expectations. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policies. Use a Warehouse Management System to assign work, track productivity, and manage operational priorities. Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and hold team members accountable. Build a positive, respectful, and productive workplace culture. Identify workflow constraints and implement process improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Coordinate with operations leadership and other departments to achieve daily objectives. Assist with training, onboarding, and employee development. Preferred Qualifications Three or more years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or related operations experience. Previous experience supervising or leading hourly employees. Experience managing teams of 10 or more employees is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Demonstrated success improving workflow, productivity, quality, or employee performance. Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills. Stable employment history with evidence of career progression. Retail distribution‑center experience is highly desirable. Military leadership experience is a strong plus. Ability to work the assigned first- or second-shift schedule.
