We are looking for an experienced marketing coordinator at our law firm with a demonstrated track record in copy creation, vendor management, data tracking, event planning, and public relations. Candidates need to align their strategy with their plan to achieve the business plan targets. Experience working in a collaborative, focused way with executive leadership is a must.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Execute firm marketing plan and meet quarterly targets, ensuring strategies employed deliver desired outcomes
• Track marketing metrics and share with the owner for weekly action
• Collaborate with the firm’s internal reception and intake team to ensure that new clients experience a streamlined, effective first impression aligned with firm culture
• Project manage all marketing initiatives, within budget and ROI, that deliver target PNCs
• Oversee, and sometimes create, content for a variety of outlets, including social media, blogs, videos, and the website
• Conceptualize, design, and host hyperlocal events to build the brand and professional networks of the firm
• Supervise and manage marketing vendors and liaise with the firm’s fractional Chief Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working in marketing, preferably in a law firm.
• Degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience in marketing
• Demonstrated record of success as a marketing coordinator for professional services firms (legal industry experience is not necessary - but is a plus)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering results with online marketing strategies, including direct response marketing
• Strong project management skills that deliver outcomes within set timelines and budgets
• Skilled in data tracking, organization, and analysis via CRM or Excel
• Track record of sound judgment and creative problem-solving
