What you'll do:
- Complete service requests: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Type 1 & 2 certification required; HVAC/CPO a plus
- Reliable transportation; able to be on-call as scheduled
