About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to help shape how we price our products and, ultimately, how we grow the business.

In this role, you'll develop, execute, and continuously improve pricing strategies that drive sales growth, expand margins, and support long-term profitability. You'll use internal data, market and competitive insights, and pricing tools to recommend and implement pricing that makes sense for the business and the customer.

You'll work closely with Product and Planning teams, as well as senior leadership, to make sure pricing decisions align with evolving business goals and market dynamics. This role reports to the Director of Pricing and plays a key part in revenue performance, margin management, and pricing governance, including reviewing and approving promotions and discounts based on their financial impact.

What You'll Do

• Set and manage pricing strategies
• Develop and recommend pricing strategies that support business and category goals
• Implement price changes to maintain strong competitive positioning
• Use internal performance data, market insights, and pricing tools to find the right balance between volume and profitability
• Turn data into decisions
• Analyze pricing performance, margin, and sales trends
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness and revenue outcomes
• Clearly explain the financial impact of pricing recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner across the business
• Work closely with Product and Planning teams on pricing options and trade-offs
• Provide guidance on pricing scenarios and propose alternatives when needed
• Support pricing governance, including reviewing promotional pricing and discount requests
• Stay close to the market
• Monitor competitive pricing and market trends
• Use competitive intelligence to inform pricing strategy and recommendations

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Merchandising, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing and financial analysis in the retail or CPG industry retail
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, change-driven environment and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Dynamics or PowerBI
• Proven project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Self-starter with strong decision-making skills; able to take direction and execute efficiently.

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with OMNI or Hoodie
• Data-modeling experience
