Real Estate Accounting Lead — Build Finance Systems

Archpoint is seeking a dedicated accounting leader to build and run the financial backbone for a growing real estate portfolio. You will oversee multiple properties, manage a small team, and implement processes that scale with us, while ensuring GAAP compliance. You will bring 5–10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, strong communication with management, and a startup mindset.
