Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Lead, train, and support a team of Quality Inspectors Schedule daily inspection work to keep production on track Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) Manage nonconforming materials and quality documentation Approve purchase orders and support new product launches Conduct internal quality and safety audits Hire, coach, and develop employees Work closely with production, engineering, and other teams to solve quality issues Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Pay: $101,817-$138,945 annual salary Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Requirements: 2+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment 1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret specifications Knowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing best practices Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Experience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIRs, CMMs, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment is preferred Benefits provided by the employer upon hire: Medical, dental, vision Life and disability insurance 15 days of paid time off 12 paid holidays per year 401k plan with company match Education Reimbursement: eligible after 6 months of employment TERRA Staffing Group
