Be the key financial leader overseeing multi-project operations in a supportive, owner-flexible culture that values work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and WIP billingMonitor job costing, variance budgets, and deliver insightful reporting & spreadsheets to owners and managementHandle cash flow management, financial reports, bank draws, projections, estimated tax payments, loan balancing, and journal entriesPerform bank, vendor, and credit card reconciliationsPrepare 1099s/1096s and collaborate closely with CPA on quarter-end closeDevelop financial statements, cash flow forecasts, construction reports, and support draws, interest, earnest money, and lot take-downsRequirements:10+ years high-level accounting experience, with construction accounting requiredStrong QuickBooks expertiseProven ability to manage job costing, cash flow, and report directly to ownersDegree preferred; experience preparing statements, variance analysis, and intercompany transactions a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary up to $100k–$130k + discretionary bonus100% company-paid medical, competitive PTONormal hours with no excessive OT and half-day FridaysBeautiful quiet offices + flexibility to work from home for special circumstancesJoe.Faradie at roberthalf com for consideration
