Position: Material Handler

Location: Freehold, NJ

Pay Rate: $18-19/hr

Job Description:

In this role, you will support production by ensuring raw materials are delivered to work centers and finished goods are properly staged, verified, and prepared for shipment in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver raw materials and supplies to production lines
Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
Transport materials to storage and production areas
Verify parts and components against production and purchase orders
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet standards
Pull, pack, crate, and stage finished goods for shipment
Remove scrap materials and manage recycling areas
Schedule production based on work orders and inventory levels

Shift/Hours:

Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM | Friday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM

Job Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing or material handling role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Experience operating material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with RF scanners or voice-picking systems
Strong attention to detail for verifying materials and quality
Bilingual is a plus
OSHA-compliant forklift certification
