Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures per physician orders, including patient positioning and protocol selection to ensure diagnostic quality
• Operate CT scanner, adjust scanning parameters, monitor patient safety, and manage contrast administration per policy
• Verify orders, prepare patients, and document imaging procedures in the electronic medical record (Epic)
• Ensure image quality and proper technical factors; collaborate with radiology team to optimize protocols
• Maintain radiation safety, infection control, and patient care standards throughout the exam
• Communicate findings and any concerns to the radiology team and referring clinicians as required

Requirements

• Active radiologic technologist license or eligibility per state regulations (California)
• CT certification (ARRT) preferred; facility policy may require credentialing as part of onboarding
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ year CT imaging experience preferred
• Ability to work days shift and adapt to a travel assignment; strong communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate in an Epic-based radiology workflow
