Spa Attendant

Job Title

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain established departmental policies, procedures, standards and objectives
• Maintain a cooperative, professional work relationship and team attitude with members, guests and staff
• Greet guests, escort and assist with questions regarding services in the spa/salon/pool
• Taking guest drink and meal orders by the pool
• Have a full understanding of all spa/gym offerings, menu of services and events
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas
• Stock and replenish facility with supplies and products (fresh water, towels, etc.)
• Respond to member and guest concerns in a prompt professional and courteous manner. Respect member/guest confidentiality
• Be aware of appearance and quality of work
• Attend meetings as required
• Participate in training sessions as required
• Understand emergency procedures and be ready to act in the event of an emergency
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Experience preferred in spa or wellness related field.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks & strong customer service skills
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills, computer skills (Jonas Preferred)
• Must be flexible and adapt easily.
• Physical Requirements - Prolonged extensive standing/walking. At times, heavy lifting.
• Must be able to work days, weekends, and some holidays. We are a "Seasonal Club" open from October through May, located in Palm City. Our company is a Drug-Free workplace and E-Verifies all candidates.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
