The Program Coordinator of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic located at the Worcester and Fitchburg CBOCs, administratively oversees all aspects of clinical programming at these sites and supervises the large interdisciplinary staff who provide services within the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Team Program (BHIP) and other outpatient services as assigned. The incumbent works at the Worcester Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This vacancy will be filled through multidisciplinary postings for Psychologist and Social Workers. • Maintain broad management responsibilities for the Outpatient Mental Health Clinics located at Worcester and Fitchburg CBOCs.
• Provides outpatient psychotherapy services at assigned CBOC's, using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques and providing quality care.
• Carries a caseload of outpatients at any given time.
• Consults with and serves as a resource for other professional personnel concerning the need for development of psychological services.
• Provides clinical coverage as needed to any outpatient mental health program, prioritizing the need in Worcester and Fitchburg first.
• Provides supervisory support to the pre-doctoral psychology internship program and the postdoctoral psychology fellowship, both located at this site.
• Other duties as assigned
