Overview The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role on our store leadership team, driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Responsibilities Customer: Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling. Leadership: Maximize results and achievement of KPIs by driving personal performance as well as the performance and engagement of the team. Services: Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings. Operations: Inventory – participate in monthly inventory & cycle counts, ensuring teams have proper technology and troubleshooting guidance; Order Fulfillment – support back-of-house flow for in-store, phone, or BOPIS orders; Storage & Organization – maintain BOH and display inventories; Systems & Technology – proficient in POS, inventory management, and retail tech; Shrink – mitigate internal, external and administrative loss; Escalations – identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks with cross-functional teams to resolve. Merchandising: Maintain Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation and cleanliness; validate display integrity and notify teams when tools are missing or damaged; coach on visual merchandising standards; ensure brand standards are upheld; escalate inefficiencies as needed. People: Onboarding new talent; assess performance against criteria and KPIs; foster a positive and engaging work environment; adhere to policies and compliance practices. Qualifications Experience in a high-volume retail environment. Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly. Excellent organization and analytical skills. Critical thinking: identify potential challenges and develop action plans. Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs. Mejuri recognizes the importance of pay transparency when it comes to salary ranges. This role currently has a base pay range of $23 - $25 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
