Overseeing the daily operations of the Career & Technical programs which includes the following: student discipline, curriculum development, alignment of national standards, occupational advisory committees, oversee NOCTI Testing, and development of new programs. Participation in the application & admissions process for all new students. Formal & informal evaluations of Career & Technical instructors, academic instructors, and school crisis response activities. Coordinate building evacuation drills, define staff duty assignments, conduct principal/counselor meetings & activities with sending districts, oversee the extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, and school assemblies. Develop various Professional Development Committees (PLC), coordination of customer service with business & industry, and post-secondary partnerships.
