The community culture is fitting for outdoor lovers, bikers, hikers, or those just simply soaking in the panoramic views.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Responsible for set up sterile operating table with instruments, supplies, equipment and medications/solutions necessary for the procedure, anticipating surgeon's needs.Reliable and punctual attendance is essential; expected to be at job as scheduled each scheduled day.Communicate necessary information to others as appropriate.Prepare patient for surgery, assist with transferring patient to operating table.Assist surgery staff with donning gowns and gloves, following organizational procedures.Pass desired instruments, holding retractors, etc. to surgeon as requestedAssist in draping the sterile field.Scrub for all types of surgeries, following organizational procedures.Perform appropriate counts with circulator prior to the procedure and before any incisions are closedMaintain highest standard of sterile technique during procedure and prepares sterile dressings.Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization.Other job related duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Education - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
