Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, visitor processing, and/or credential verification at entry and exit points. Monitor entry gates, dock doors, trailer yards, and/or restricted areas to help control authorized access, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual activity or policy concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and support site personnel with appropriate emergency response activities and related communications. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter to help identify security‑related concerns, access issues, and/or operational hazards. Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security‑related experience are required. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
