McGrath Ford in Hiawatha is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our high-performing Parts Department. This role is essential to keeping our service department operating efficiently by ensuring technicians and customers receive the right parts quickly and accurately.

Requirements

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Previous parts department or automotive experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles • Provide pricing and product information over the phone and in person • Pull, fill, and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently • Coordinate with the service and body shop teams to ensure timely parts delivery • Maintain inventory organization and assist with stock management • Support the parts team with additional duties as needed
