Description: The position requires completion of certain documentation prior to the start of the assignment. Candidates must have a permanent license for this role. Candidates who have worked in a similar capacity within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with previous work history at any time more than a year ago should provide their name and date of birth for eligibility verification. Experience in setting up and managing rehabilitation plans is required. Equipment will be provided during the interview process. The dress code will be provided on the first day of employment.
