Patient Experience Specialist

Renewal Body Contouring is an ultra-specialized aesthetics practice. Patients fly into RDU from around the US and internationally, from Dallas and NYC to London and Dubai, for our niche body sculpting treatment. Our founder, Dr. Jason Miller, is a Duke-trained, internationally recognized surgeon, but he would be the first to say our team has made the largest contribution to our reputation for a 5-star experience. The Role We're looking for a genuine person passionate about creating memorable human experiences. We work with high-profile clients who expect a premium experience, but we want to combine this with authentic compassion and give it to all of our patients and guests. Responsibilities Ensure every guest and patient feels seen and attended to Plan and execute each patient's arrival Take ownership of the entry environment Coordinate patient flow and scheduling so it appears seamless Optimize patient departure and follow-up Continually look for ways to elevate the patient experience across all touch points.
