Delivery & Installation Specialist (Customer-Focused Role)

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables – Bismarck, ND

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being active, and helping customers in a meaningful way, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

Earn $25–$32 per hour + overtime opportunities.

In this role, you’ll deliver and set up premium products like hot tubs and pool tables while creating a positive, professional experience for our customers in their homes.

What You’ll Do

Deliver hot tubs and pool tables to customers’ homes
Set up and install products according to manufacturer guidelines
Provide clear, friendly demonstrations on use and basic maintenance
Answer customer questions and ensure a great experience
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues on-site when needed
Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work daily
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Previous delivery, installation, or customer-facing experience is a plus (training provided)
