Join Our Team as a Remote Business System Analyst!
Are you a skilled professional ready to make a significant impact by analyzing and designing business processes and system solutions? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders. While the position is remote, occasional travel to sites or conferences may be required. Local candidates are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements.
- Design business processes and system solutions.
- Create requirements documentation, including wireframes and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and end-users to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Develop test plans and create training documentation.
- Demonstrate system features and provide application support.
Requirements
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in wireframing and quality assurance testing.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for project and task management.
- Proficiency in SQL and SQL databases for data manipulation and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical issues and resolutions.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting software applications.
Preferences
- Skill in using scripting languages and low-code development platforms to automate work or enhance service.
Engagement Duration: 12 months
