**Located onsite in Lakeland, FL** 1st and 2nd Shift Available**

The Electrical Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly and wiring of electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of electrical principles, and the ability to use various tools and equipment for assembly and testing.

  Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assembly : Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to assemble electrical systems, including panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies.
• Wiring : Cut, strip, and mount wires, connect terminals, and perform sub-assembly and final assembly wiring with high accuracy.
• Component Installation : Install and secure electrical components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and other hardware using specified methods. 
• Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams.

  Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment.
• Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
• Familiarity with testing procedures and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work from detailed instructions and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience

LevelPay RangeDescription Assembly Level 1$19 – $21/hr Entry-level assembler performing basic mechanical and electrical prep work. Follows detailed instructions, learns schematics, and supports higher-level assemblers. Assembly Level 2$21 – $23/hr Competent assembler able to read drawings, perform accurate wiring/termination, and complete sub-assemblies with minimal supervision. Assembly Level 3$23 – $27/hr Advanced assembler capable of complex builds, troubleshooting, and high-precision work. Supports training of Level 1–2 team members.

LevelPay RangeDescription Electrical Level 1$19 – $21/hr Entry-level electrical assembler performing basic wiring, component installation, and schematic interpretation under close supervision. Electrical Level 2$21 – $25/hr Skilled assembler able to independently wire panels, perform terminations, install components, and conduct basic testing. Electrical Level 3$25 – $29/hr High-skill electrical assembler performing complex wiring, troubleshooting, testing, and quality verification. Often acts as a lead for electrical builds.
