Senior Sterile Processing Tech SMMC Sterile Process

This position will be working primarily independently - strong critical thinking and communication skills required. All experience requirements are hard stops. Do not pass or screen.

**5 years exp (3 of which should be in a shift lead/preceptor/team lead exp in a hospital setting)**

**No first time travelers - hard stop**

**Variable availability required, but this position will mostly cover 1900-0330 and 2130-0600 shifts**

**On call required. Weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs. Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered**

The shifts are variable and are the following:

• 0500-1330
• 0630-1500
• 0700-1530
• 1000-1830
• 1330-2200
• 1900-0330
• 2130-0600

On call shifts are the following:

• 2200-0700 weekdays
• 0700-1900 weekends/holidays
• 0700-0700 weekends/holidays

All call is split within the department as fairly as possible.
