Job Title: Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Location: Kissimmee/Orlando Job Type: Per Diem Schedule: Monday - Friday Compensation: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with children from birth to 21 years old, supporting development, mobility, and independence through evidence-based physical therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of conditions, including developmental delays, neuromuscular disorders, orthopedic conditions, and more

Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each child’s needs

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate parents/caregivers on home exercises and strategies to support progress

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinic and regulatory standards

Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and community outreach (if applicable)

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current PT license in Florida

Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with children and their families in a supportive, encouraging environment
