Who are we looking for? We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused Production Operator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our chemical manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and takes pride in producing high‑quality products safely and efficiently. You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. What will you be doing? Operate production equipment : Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor process parameters : Track temperature, pressure, flow rates, and other key indicators to ensure stable and efficient production. Perform in‑process checks : Take samples, conduct basic quality tests, and report any deviations or abnormalities. Handle raw materials and products : Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and order : Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Follow safety protocols : Use personal protective equipment (PPE), follow chemical handling procedures, and contribute to a safe working environment. Support troubleshooting and maintenance : Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams. Document activities : Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and shift handovers. Who are You? Production Experience : Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment is preferred. Process Understanding : Basic knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment operation. Safety & Compliance Awareness : Familiarity with chemical safety, PPE use, and regulatory requirements. Mechanical Aptitude : Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment. Quality Focus : Understanding of quality control principles and the importance of product consistency. Documentation Skills : Ability to accurately complete production records and follow written procedures. Physical Fitness : Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Education & Training : High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in chemical processing or manufacturing are a plus. We are Offering...
