What You'll Do
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner • Schedule and dispatch drivers/technicians based on service needs and availability • Monitor routes and provide real-time updates to customers • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience • Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and communications • Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations What We're Looking For • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel is required • Problem-solving and organizational skills • Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus Why Join Us • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for growth and advancement • Stable, fast-paced work settingVacancy posted 1 day ago
