Inventory Control Lead 11 days ago Requisition ID: 1195 The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for implementing the inventory plan for Cummins Clean Fuel Technologies. The Inventory Control Lead leads a team to conduct cycle counts, manage on-hand inventory and continuous improvement activities to ensure inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP system Works with shop leads to implement policies, practices, and procedures to improve the control of inventory Manage the Cycle Count program and ensure cycles are closed on schedule Works with departments to resolve inventory variances Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide feedback on methods to improve inventory accuracy Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective actions as required Operate material handling equipment as needed to perform daily responsibilities Develop, maintain, train and audit inventory processes to ensure inventory accuracy Assist other departments when necessary for business success Maintain inventory metrics to measure the track the success of the inventory program Education and/or Experience Associate’s degree or four years’ experience working in inventory control Desired Skills and Abilities Maintain a positive corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, integrity, and a constructive work environment.
