They are responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently and in a timely manner. The dishwasher also assists in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.Operate dishwashing machines.Sort and store cleaned items.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.Dispose of trash and recycling.Restock dishwashing and cleaning supplies.Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers.Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed.The duties of this position may change from time to time.
