Merchandiser Manager The Merchandiser Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to accounts, both internal and external. Handle escalated customer service issues. Train, coach, and mentor a team of sales merchandisers. Hold sales merchandisers accountable while empowering them. Oversee personnel timecards. Manage team schedule and performance; responsible for weekly calendar/schedule. Work closely with District Managers to ensure merchandising support needed. Support sales teams as needed by covering routes during absences. Report daily activities—monitor reports and communication. Weekend/Holiday work required at times. Requirements Must pass criminal background and MVR checks.
