Join our Brighton, MA team! We’re seeking a Registered Nurse, Home Health to deliver high-quality in-home care, earning $50–60 per hour. Requirements to Apply Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts At least 1 year of professional nursing experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation Registered Nurse, Home Health full-time role with a community-based schedule, providing in-home nursing care to older adults and medically complex patients. Job Overview As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. This role includes comprehensive patient assessments, development and management of individualized care plans, medication monitoring, and delivery of physician-ordered skilled nursing services. You will educate patients and caregivers, coordinate services with aides and clinicians, supervise home health aides, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working independently while making a meaningful impact on patient safety, independence, and quality of life.
