Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform wound care and other routine procedures per physician orders. Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and elevate concerns following established protocols. Collaborate with nursing team, physicians, and ancillary staff to coordinate care and discharge planning. Ensure patient safety, infection control, comfort, and patient/family education throughout the shift. Maintain accurate, timely charting and adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
