Maintenance Technician

AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician for a local property. This is a temporary, month-to-month assignment with the potential to continue based on the property's needs.

· Complete general maintenance and repair work

· Handle basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and other repairs

· Respond to maintenance requests and work orders

· Assist with preventive maintenance

· Prepare units for incoming residents

· Inspect and maintain common areas and grounds

· Use hand and power tools safely

· Help keep maintenance areas clean and organized

· Assist with other property maintenance needs as assigned

· Previous maintenance or general repair experience preferred

· Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenance

· Comfortable using hand and power tools

· Able to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

· Dependable and able to stay on task

· Basic computer skills

· Reliable transportation

· Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and working on ladders

· Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, or on-call needs

$20– 22/hour, based on experience. This is a temporary position offered on a month-to-month basis through AtWork Personnel.

AtWork Personnel will be the point of contact throughout the hiring and assignment process.
