We're looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys providing outstanding patient care while working alongside a supportive team. Schedule Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Occasional Fridays: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Take impressions, scans, and other diagnostic records as needed Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently Support teammates in creating a positive patient experience What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting certification and X-ray certification (if required by state) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital dentistry and practice management software is a plus Why Join Alabaster Aesthetic Dentistry?
