In Your Daily Role, You Will:

• Assist during surgical procedures by preparing and organizing the operating room
• Uphold sterile environments and adhere to stringent infection control protocols
• Provide instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants
• Prepare and manage surgical equipment before, during, and after each procedure
• Monitor supplies and ensure readiness for upcoming operations
• Collaborate seamlessly with nurses, anesthesiologists, and fellow surgical staff to ensure top-tier patient care
• Maintain accurate surgical counts and thorough documentation

Education Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Required Certifications:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)

Essential Skills and Traits:

• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures spanning multiple specialties
