What You'll Do

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care while helping grow and enhance our pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify and dispense prescription medications
• Provide personalized patient counseling and medication education
• Deliver immunizations and other clinical pharmacy services
• Support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and patient wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral partners
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all California Board of Pharmacy regulations and company standards
• Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and expand pharmacy services
• Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active California Pharmacist License in good standing
• Immunization Certification
• Experience with prescription processing, verification, and dispensing
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and drug therapy
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical pharmacy services
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) experience
• Immunization administration experience
• Strong medication safety and quality assurance background
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for community healthcare and patient advocacy
