We expect significant growth in Business Consulting as we look towards 2030, and are looking for great people to make it happen.The RoleAs a Consultant in our Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Veeva Analytic Business Consulting removes the legacy barrier of data preparation by bringing pre-integrated, industry best-in-class data to generate high-impact insights. Our analyses jump start field activation, pinpoint the right patient populations and HCPs, driving higher engagement and improving patient outcomes. What You'll DoLead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutionsSolve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insightsMentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstreamDrive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creationRequirementsExperience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as neededAnalytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoningCommunication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholdersEducation: Bachelor's degree or higherNot a perfect match yet? Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
