Staff Pharmacist

Shift: Open Monday-Friday 8-6, Saturday 8-12 (alternate shifts with PIC) My client is looking for a patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join their community pharmacy team. This role is responsible for accurate prescription dispensing, patient counseling, and delivering high-quality customer service in a community pharmacy setting. Key Responsibilities Accurately fill and verify prescriptions, ensuring correct dosage and drug interactions are checked Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence Process insurance claims and resolve third-party billing issues Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, including controlled substance handling Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns Build strong relationships with patients and the local community Qualifications PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Arkansas Strong customer service and communication skills PTO This is a truly wonderful work environment.
