Certified Mobile Notary Service makes notarization simple, convenient, and reliable for clients across the country. We are now hiring a Nationwide Notary Navigator to handle mobile signings in and around Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Administer oaths/affirmations.
- Perform verifications upon oath/affirmation.
- Take acknowledgments.
- Witness or attest signatures.
- Certify/attest copies.
Qualifications/Skills:
Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public certification. Clear a background check. Experience in notarizing loan documents. Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty.
Job Requirements:
High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
Payment: $75.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
