Candidates with similar ethical standards, who have the ability to adapt in a fast-moving working culture, and are committed to providing excellent client service are encouraged to apply.The Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor collaborates with the leadership team to oversee programming and operations, ensuring that all Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) operate safely, effectively, and efficiently while upholding the highest quality standards. The supervisor manages the scheduling, task completion, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and time management for BHTs. Additionally, the BHT Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Director to maintain treatment fidelity and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client satisfaction in accordance with OCD Anxiety Center standards.Core competencies include the ability to hold exposure-focused sessions with clients and work with clients to create exposure lists, lead exposure creation and skills practice, complete behavioral health assessments, create treatment plans, document clearly and efficiently, complete suicide assessments and monitor risk, and present and manage cases knowledgeably and professionally.Core responsibilities include demonstrating all competencies of BHT, identifying training topics for continual improvement, holding live trainings, managing timecards and time off requests, having an overview of the needs of clients and staff, understanding basic functions of other departments, making adjustments to the BHT schedule, adhering to all company policies, ensuring clients understand the rationale behind the treatment required, creating SMART goals with the Program Director, and other duties as assigned.The skills and expertise you have include a bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience in a related field, 2+ years of management experience, proficient knowledge of computers, accurate and efficient electronic data entry, punctuality, organization, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility with management style.Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, OCD, anxiety, or trauma experience.OCD Anxiety Centers is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, genetics, disability, political affiliation, personal appearance, family responsibilities, or any other legally protected class under federal, state, or local law.
