About the Position

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Diagnostic Imaging Specialty: Radiologic Technologist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the field License: Current valid state license in Radiology Certifications: Current ARRT Certification in Radiology with advanced qualifications in CT Scan Must-Have: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Description: This position provides specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The areas of service include Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT). The role is responsible for the technical operation of radiologic x-ray equipment. It includes processing radiographic images. Qualifications include successful completion of radiology training from an accredited school. Candidates must have completed training in radiology and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment is required. All certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
