The Front Desk Attendant welcomes members into the club. This individual serves as the critical first impression as people enter the club and is invaluable in problem solving, assisting where needed, and helping to manage the flow of communication in the club.ResponsibilitiesGreet members and guests as they enter the club.Monitor incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personAssist in managing reservations for restaurants, rooms, and eventsCoordinate incoming mail, packages, and shipments  QualificationsEvening and weekend availability. Two eight hour shifts per week.Prior customer service experience a plus.Personable and friendly demeanor.
