Description:
This role involves scanning high-risk pregnancies and performing level 2 scans.
Additional responsibilities include amniocentesis and maintaining a clean environment for rooms and equipment.
The equipment utilized includes Epic, Viewpoint, GE Voluson, and Expert 22 ultrasound machines, as well as trophons for probe cleaning.
There may be an occasional need to float to other departments but primarily the focus will be within the perinatal care setting.
Dressing in black scrubs is required.
Specific protocols for imaging will be provided, and there will be routine discussions with maternal-fetal medicine specialists regarding findings.
The first day will include an orientation to workflow and protocols within the department.
