This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: As Soon As Possible Start - Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch. · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: All ages but primarily adults. Cleanings, Exams, Fillings, Crowns and Bridges, Endo- anterior and Bicuspid, heavy restorative-based office. · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Care Stack Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Facility Location Blending big-city culture with small town charm, the state capital of Wisconsin is regularly rated as one of the best places to live in America.
