About the Role:

Fin & Crab is looking for energetic and passionate Servers to join our team in Charleston, SC! Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and allergen information
• Upsell menu items, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Keep tables clean and properly set throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations

Requirements:

• Previous serving or front-of-house experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol in South Carolina
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
