We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Patient Coordinator who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences. You'll play a key role in helping our practice grow while building lasting relationships with our patients and supporting a collaborative, drama-free team culture.

HOURS: MON-THUR 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Compensation:$23 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and keep patient records and medical histories up to date.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits.
- Assist patients with questions about billing, insurance, and appointments.
- Prior dental office experience (billing, scheduling, insurance verification).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly, professional attitude that puts patients at ease.
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and creating memorable experiences.
