Functional Skills:
• Strong Product Ownership (PO) experience
• P&C Insurance Domain Claims (mandatory)
• Requirement gathering & user story writing
• Stakeholder management & prioritization
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery Roles & Responsibilities DPO Product Owner (P&C Claims, Data, Snowflake)
• Define and manage product backlog using Jira
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
• Prioritize features based on business value (Claims domain)
• Work with data teams on Snowflake/data requirements
• Ensure delivery of data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business & technical teams
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and releases
• Monitor product performance and optimize outcomes Generic Managerial Skills, If any
