Job Description The Diagnostic Medical Imagining Program in the School of Health Professions at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor (12MO). The successful candidate will: Serve as a part-time faculty member providing classroom and lab instruction for assigned courses as part of the CAAHEP curriculum. Assess student learning and skill-set. Provide academic advisement, mentorship of senior projects, student recruitment and college service. Maintain ARDMS credentials and clinical experience. Qualifications Required Qualifications Proof or current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program (with completion expected within 5 years of date of hire). Must hold at least one active registry/certification at the time of hire (e.g., RVT, RDMS, or RDCS). At least 3 years of clinical or related experience. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Computer literacy and strong organizational skills. Or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree.
