Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in the area. The role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing individualized treatment plans to facilitate their return to community activities. The therapist will perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed physical therapists seeking to contribute to outpatient care in a dynamic setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: N/A
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and ensures documentation complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and actively pursues professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards.
