We are looking for a reliable Gym Attendant to help maintain a clean and safe workout environment and assist with various gym activities.Summary of the positionGym Attendants are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workout environment and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down rentals, such as volleyball, basketball, and pickleball.Normal Shift: Weekday shifts: 4:45am-10am, 10a-2pm, 2pm-6pm, and 6pm-11pmWeekend shifts: 6:45am-1pm and 1pm-8pm Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure the fitness and gymnasiums areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist with member inquiries, Ensure guests adhere to department and facility policiesReport any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management. Assist fitness instructors and personal trainers with class setups and equipment needs. Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all members. Assist with fitness and athletic events as needed. Qualifications or desired qualificationsMust be at least 16 years of age.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings/mornings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Ability to perform work functions with minimal supervision.
