Immigration Paralegal

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Immigration Paralegal with at least two years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing and writing petitions, as well as a deep understanding of immigration law and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents
Conduct legal research related to immigration cases and policy changes
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation
Coordinate filings with government agencies and track case progress
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal deadlines

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in immigration law
Proven experience in writing petitions and preparing immigration filings
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in legal research and case management software
