Senior Process Engineer

Job TitleThis position will be located in our Plant 3, Whitehall Casting Operation.Job DescriptionThis is a leadership position in that the person filling will function as a leader in our business through effective mentoring of not just our process engineering resources, but also product engineering resources, manufacturing resources (e.g. operators, supervisors), and quality / process owner resources.This position will be expected to support manufacturing through process control & improvement initiatives, flow improvement initiatives, capacity gain initiatives. This same position will have direct part-specific responsibility in addition to responsibility to improve processes and systems that will impact AHWC wholistically.This position is responsible for developing robust processes that consistently meet or exceed our customers' requirements for the metallurgical quality and performance of aerospace components.
